User interface is nice. However, because there is only ACH option, expect delivery time to be days. Not good if you are trying to send money quickly. I sent money almost a week ago and it still hasn't been received. Not sure if the app is to blame. Maybe it's the banks. Either way, they should look into expanding beyond ACH as only option.

Googlepay doesn't work. and you can't retrieve a transaction subsequently in order to pay it. so if you have to move screens to access your bank account for approval, the app closes and you have to start again. By this time, the transaction lies in limbo and no way to pay it to complete it. There should be a way to retrieve the transaction to complete the payment.

The old system was working perfectly fine! I logged in to the new app. I've done all, changed password, but my email said invalid. You have to log on to the app each time to see the today's rate. Where as in the old system showing before you logged in. Customer service adviced to go on the net. What the hell is going on! A dearest member of my family, contracted Covid! Need to send money immediately! But cant logged in as my email is invalid! I am in fear money might go awry, when send?
