Usually, this app is good But recently, I changed my cell phone, so I downloaded kakaotalk. I was trying to log in,but I forgot my password. I have made multiple attempts to reset it,but haven't been able to log in. And also the verification message that needs to be send to verify I keep clicking the button and still shows that the verification is in progress. So at this point not sure what other way to try to log in. It would be helpful if in case we had a Google account to use that instead.

I noticed I didn't receive any messages at peak time for me... until I opened the app. I got a glaringly yellow screen that read "Updating". I was concerned about how much data this was using up as my battery was running low. After it updated, I received all the messages, all at once. Because of this experience, I missed a very important message and replied 4 hours late. This is badly designed. Please fix this immediately... had this been an emergency, there would've been tragic consequences.

This was my app that I lived by to keep with my friends in Korea. Lately this thing is a mess. I don't hear the ring tones, the video constantly freezes, and I keep getting " this feature is unavailable right now." Before any say it's due to internet connection, I have tried to use my phone data and turned of Wi-Fi so there is no excuse!!! This problem needs to be addressed immediately because this has been going on for a month and a half.
