Worst banking app I have ever had the displeasure of using. Out of three attempts to pay with QR, two were utter failures. The first, I had to first complete a survey; no option to 'skip' or do it later. The second I got an error regarding screen capturing app; turns out that is android auto, my navigation system! Also, you make me disable my anti virus for 'security reasons'. And finally, don't tell me to contact support. The problem is on your side, not mine.

Hello, I'm not in Thailand and I don't have a Thai phone number to update my personal bank account information. I've tried repeatedly, but without success, to access the KBank app. I have a foreign phone number, so please add some features to your boring app that allow foreign numbers with the international dialing code. Otherwise, millions of your international customers from all continents won't be able to update their information. from kuwait

Problem all the time. 1. I can rarely successfully do a face scan. I made multiple attempts with a branch staff help, unsuccessful. And all I get is the staff telling me that, she will raise the issue. But I never get back anything. No issue is ever fixed. I highly recommend, avoiding this bank for business. (problem still now solved) 2. I cannot do screen capture of the app. It is my own information and my money. I cannot think of a reason why the bank should limit access to my own informatio
