It takes about three tries every time to even get the thing to open. Once in, it shuts down whenever you search for hotels on the map and have to zoom in or out. It is also costing my company extra money because there isn't a place to enter AAA discount codes. Update wipes out your entire account and makes you start from scratch. You will need your desktop for this, and even then, the link they require isn't there. All of this while traveling. What's point of a travel app that can't travel?

worked ok until a couple of months ago when it received an update. now it's impossible to add photos to expense claims. you go to add them, pick the photo and nothing happens. it's been like this for weeks and no fix fun update from March 26: it's still impossible to add photos to expense claims just in a different way. you can tell that the people who make this know it's a terrible app because there's no contact info or way to report an error or bug, hence me having to leave this review

Buggy and laggy. Sign-in flow requires webapp requires QR code, so difficult to set up from phone alone, frequently required since clearing app data and reauthing is the only way to work around bugs. PIN entry unwanted, entry screen clears on switching to password manager, requiring auth flow from the beginning again, and then a new code from web app required. Once in, the trip info page frequently fails to display. No calendar integration. It seems as if the app flows "designed" by non-users.
