It takes about three tries every time to even get the thing to open. Once in, it shuts down whenever you search for hotels on the map and have to zoom in or out. It is also costing my company extra money because there isn't a place to enter AAA discount codes. Update wipes out your entire account and makes you start from scratch. You will need your desktop for this, and even then, the link they require isn't there. All of this while traveling. What's point of a travel app that can't travel?

I haven't travelled for a couple of months and in the meantime, there is a new version of the app. The camera functionality is now horrendous. I had to retake one receipt about 9 times as the image was fuzzy and the app kept on rotating the portrait layout of the receipt into a really squished up landscape layout in the resulting picture automatically. I don't know who has developed the new version and "improved" the photo capture element, but it's far worse than previous versions. Awful.

Good if it works, needs account reactivation far too frequently/randomly requiring QR scan from a desktop website... Needs to reconsider customer experience. edit: Prompted to reactivate again, no manual logout, and now no mobile access to my bookings...
