Works pretty well. I frequently have to open the apps and refresh to get the watch and app to communicate/update. But since I intentionally bought a "cheaper" watch it's sort of to be expected. However, with Google Fit phasing out/ending, it would be nice to be able to share data to Health Connect (the "app" that is replacing Google Fit).

Biphasic sleep was the absolute norm for millenia before the modern 9-5. People would go to bed for four hours or so, then get up in the middle of the night for an hour or so, then go back to bed. If you even wake up to pee and go RIGHT back to bed afterward, it still refuses to track the second half of your sleep no matter how deeply you sleep. The worst is that if you forget to sync your watch to the app daily, you lose all your data from the day, unlike other more popular fitness trackers.

Hello, the data can be stored on the bracelet for seven days. You can still view the data of the previous day when you open the APP the next day. You can submit a feedback in the APP and the staff member will help you.

App is pretty good, but I have noticed some issues: I have it set to imperial units, but when I want to input water intake it only allows milliliters. Also it is impossible to edit things. For instance, when I relax in the evening, it gets counted as sleep and I can't correct it. Also, if I forget to wear the tracker, I can't input sleep later. Nor can I select the date to input water intake, if I forgot to record it the same day. Also I would like to be able to lock the watch. Always reverts.
