About this app

KeepKnown is the native control center for advanced inbox filtering across Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.

Build filters with trusted contacts, approved domains, sender groups, message headers, prior conversations, schedules, and nested logic. Start from a proven template or compose a rule condition by condition.

Preview filters against recent mail before activation. Start paused, observe matches in Shadow mode, route uncertain decisions to Review Only, and activate reversible actions when you are ready.

Understand every decision. See which filter matched, why it qualified, and what happened next. Restore a message, trust a sender or domain, move mail to Reading Later, retry an action, or pause the matching filter.

Keep every connected inbox healthy. Monitor provider listeners, sync contacts, manage sender groups, choose digest timing, and receive privacy-safe notifications.

Privacy is foundational. KeepKnown does not read email bodies for core filtering. Provider authorization stays on KeepKnown’s secured server and is never stored on your phone. Export or permanently delete your account and data at any time.

An existing KeepKnown account is required. Purchases are not offered in this app.
