KeepKnown is an email screener for Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365. Mail from people you know lands in your inbox. Cold emails, spam that slips past your provider's filter and messages from unknown senders wait for your review until you decide.

HOW THE EMAIL SCREENER WORKS

KeepKnown checks each new message against the people you already know: your synced contacts, the senders you approve and your VIP domains. Known senders go straight to your inbox. Mail from unknown senders moves out of your inbox to a separate review label or folder. Nothing is deleted, and every screened email stays one tap away.

BLOCK COLD EMAILS AND SALES OUTREACH

Sales pitches, cold outreach sequences, unknown vendors and newsletters you never signed up for stop interrupting your day. Block a sender or a whole domain when you never want to hear from them again.

LET THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN

Approve a sender or domain once and their future mail comes straight through. Add your company, clients and partners as VIP domains so new people from those organizations are never screened.

REVIEW SCREENED EMAIL IN SECONDS

Open the review queue to restore a message to your inbox, trust its sender, move it to Reading Later or keep it screened. Activity shows which rule matched, why it matched and what happened next.

EMAIL FILTER RULES WITH A SAFE PREVIEW

Start from a template or build your own email filter from conditions such as trusted contacts, approved domains, sender groups, message headers, prior conversations and schedules. Preview a rule against your recent mail before it runs, and approve it only when the matches look right.

UNSUBSCRIBE FROM UNWANTED NEWSLETTERS

Scan recent mail for subscriptions and send unsubscribe requests for the ones you no longer want. Each request asks for your confirmation first.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

KeepKnown does not read email bodies for core filtering. Your mail provider authorization stays on KeepKnown's secured server and is never stored on your phone. Export or permanently delete your account and data at any time.
