I had ordered 2 items and I only got one, the cheaper one, also the receipt I got shows the total amount I paid but the calculation is wrong they are adding 5+18=38 which is the total amount I paid. I called customer service and they were not helpful at all I called them maybe 6 times and the last time she asked me to wait and she just left the phone for 15 min and no one is there. This is the worst delivery experience I had.

This app is incredibly bad, it lags a lot, I even thought they tried to make me add more options to the cart, the software of this app is as trash as you can imagine, really bad experience

Absolutely Terrible advertising You say 50% off and then just before ordering the coupon says oh just maximum discount of 30 Riyals so quit advertising falsely if a family orders and their bill is 150 coupon gets you to 120 not 50% and logically 75 whats this advertising uninstalling
