The apps is very slow and lagging all the time. The interface is very unfriendly as well. Key in the voucher code and it says to meet the min order requirement. Once checkout only then noticed that the voucher that was key in was not processed. Realized that had to key it again after you meet the min requirement. Missed out on the voucher. The process is so stupid. Should have just processed it in the first place and only allows me to make payment once the min requirement is met.

im fasting and wanted to order online as i didnt want to smell the food and ease for me to just pick up. i redeem my points & it ALWAYS STUCK OR REJECT PAYMENT. ON THE APP IT STATED "ORDER RECEIVED BUT STATUS PAYMENT PENDING???? AND THEY DONT HAVE PAYMENT BUTTON TO CONTINUE THE ORDER????? this is my third time they dont improve at all.

Payment always unccesssful, after everything in cart and press pay, the page directly go to payment unccessful after that could not make payment and cannot cancel the order, have to wait at least 30 minutes to reorder again. Have refect this thing, but they didn't reply. really disappointed
