The apps is very slow and lagging all the time. The interface is very unfriendly as well. Key in the voucher code and it says to meet the min order requirement. Once checkout only then noticed that the voucher that was key in was not processed. Realized that had to key it again after you meet the min requirement. Missed out on the voucher. The process is so stupid. Should have just processed it in the first place and only allows me to make payment once the min requirement is met.

1. I chose tng and your system straight away put it as unsuccessful even though I haven't keyed in my tng number. It was flagged as pending and couldn't be cancelled. Because of that, my coupon was gone. 2. I had to wait 30 minutes because your staff said they didn't get the order receipt printed out although I showed them the order confirmation on my phone. 3. Notifications from your app keep popping up every day even though I have disabled all notifications from you app.

app can improve alot. especially the address. set address don't stay set. Even after set already it still use the auto detect location. but it's totally wrong address , the KFC branch HP number provided after ordering the food through the app doesn't work. this app really needs to improve alot. first time tried ordering food really bad experience. in the end need to call customer service and customer service just told me he will cancel order.
