The apps is very slow and lagging all the time. The interface is very unfriendly as well. Key in the voucher code and it says to meet the min order requirement. Once checkout only then noticed that the voucher that was key in was not processed. Realized that had to key it again after you meet the min requirement. Missed out on the voucher. The process is so stupid. Should have just processed it in the first place and only allows me to make payment once the min requirement is met.

This app is a complete disaster. I entered my address correctly and tapped “Save & Continue,” yet the app somehow placed it on the opposite side of the state. Because of that, I unknowingly placed an order to the wrong location. What’s worse? There’s absolutely no way to cancel the order, and customer support is nonexistent or I can't find it at all.

Worst app and customer service ever! ordered delivery through the app, mentioned to be delivered within 20mins. Waited 2 hours without notification. No button to cancel order, with the kfc branch number not answered. Called customer service and was told could not get a rider, for 2 hours?? Then was asked to cancel the order for them to refund me my purchase. What service is KFC providing??
