The apps is very slow and lagging all the time. The interface is very unfriendly as well. Key in the voucher code and it says to meet the min order requirement. Once checkout only then noticed that the voucher that was key in was not processed. Realized that had to key it again after you meet the min requirement. Missed out on the voucher. The process is so stupid. Should have just processed it in the first place and only allows me to make payment once the min requirement is met.

I really thought using KFC's own app would be easier, boy was I wrong. When the store misses out on any item from our order (not once), there's no function for us to request for a refund. Instead, it brings us to a Feedback Form page. Even then, who knows how many days will the CS team take action on it. Tried calling the store wasn't helpful at all too as our calls went unanswered. Sure, they have all sorts of promo, but without a user-friendly app, they're useless. Disappointing.

Very disappointed. Tried to use the app to order and make payment via tng. Failed 3 times and was told because Internet was bad. Tried to use it at another branch on another day, also same issue when I had no problem with my Internet. Subsequently managed to use credit card to pay. Was told order will be ready at certain time. When we went to pick up, the branch did not receive our order in the system. we had to wait for some time for the order to go into the system before they can proceed.
