The apps is very slow and lagging all the time. The interface is very unfriendly as well. Key in the voucher code and it says to meet the min order requirement. Once checkout only then noticed that the voucher that was key in was not processed. Realized that had to key it again after you meet the min requirement. Missed out on the voucher. The process is so stupid. Should have just processed it in the first place and only allows me to make payment once the min requirement is met.

I rarely leave reviews, but this app was frustrating enough to deserve one. The app is buggy and unnecessarily complicated. Placing a simple self-collection order took far longer than it should because of the confusing interface, endless pop-ups, and vouchers with overly specific conditions. The worst part was the payment bug: the payment gateway showed an error, my points were deducted anyway, and the order became stuck with no way to complete the payment. Not worth the hassle.

This is a really disappointing app. I thought ordering food through the app would be faster and more convenient, but it actually takes much longer. The status is still stuck at “Order Received” with no updates or progress at all. It doesn’t seem to make any difference whether there is a promotion or not — the ordering experience is still extremely slow. I hope KFC can improve the app and ordering system as possible to provide customers with a faster, smoother, and better experience.
