The app is very smooth if you want mashed potatoes and a Pepsi with your combo BECAUSE THERE'S NO WAY TO SELECT ANYTHING ELSE. Oh, you can click the side and a nice menu of choices comes up, but once you click a choice, the menu stays. Use the back button to get back the order and it's still mashed potatoes. Same thing for the drink, no way to change it. The app is utterly useless and really makes me not want to go to the restaurant at all.

The app is horrible. Too limited to use. There should be an option to customize an order of chicken, namely which pieces you want, such as only breasts or no wings, whatever. It could be done to upcharge for the selections if needed. Because there are no options, the app is useless. You always have to go in to order. Plus, the KFC store I go to never seems to have enough pieces, which is poor customer service. But, if allowed in the app, they could prepare more before the customer arrives.

Don't waste your time!! Downloading the app is a joke. I placed an order in the mobile app and not only were few of the items incorrect but I was also missing items. Unfortunately companies no longer care about the quality of customer service provided. Even if you go out of your way to contact the manager, or the corporate office or complete the survey regarding your experience , you will not be contacted. They've already deducted your account and that's all that REALLY matters.
