The app experience was no better than an online order and worse than ordering in store. Gathers lots of data of course, and advertised on the website that you could get something free by downloading the app but only if you give it even more data and jump through more hoops. then I ordered and walked into the store and it didn't even send the order to the store for 10 minutes. So overall a worse experience. Deleted my account and the app, probably won't bother coming to KFC again.

Phone wouldn't remember login details. Tried all my passwords, didn't work. Asked for a reset password. It said it went but took m back to same reset page. No emails arrived. I figured maybe I don't have a login. Tried to create one and it came up with an error, but it wouldn't tell me what the error is. I gave up in the end..ordered as a guest. No special deals for me.

Terrible app, logs me off after a couple of days so have to log back in. Doesn't remember store from last time using it and forces you to choose store for delivery or pickup every time, even if you reset order to start again, so have to choose store even if you just want to browse menu. Often locks up and has to be restarted. 6 and shout seems to be broken as it doesn't set the zone for live play that I've chosen, season play game is cheap and frustrating to play. "Deals" are rubbish.
