Ordering through App, kept coming up encountered an error, with no explanation or highlighted area to know what was wrong. Tried ordering something I didn't really want and it went through. Very frustrating!

Worse app experience ever. they just use doordash. But if you have an issue with your order KFC and Doordash will move blame the other. Gave up after 24 Phone calls, over the course of a month. Don't use it less you think your lucky they get it right 😫

The app experience was no better than an online order and worse than ordering in store. Gathers lots of data of course, and advertised on the website that you could get something free by downloading the app but only if you give it even more data and jump through more hoops. then I ordered and walked into the store and it didn't even send the order to the store for 10 minutes. So overall a worse experience. Deleted my account and the app, probably won't bother coming to KFC again.
