Worse app experience ever. they just use doordash. But if you have an issue with your order KFC and Doordash will move blame the other. Gave up after 24 Phone calls, over the course of a month. Don't use it less you think your lucky they get it right 😫

Ordering through App, kept coming up encountered an error, with no explanation or highlighted area to know what was wrong. Tried ordering something I didn't really want and it went through. Very frustrating!

This app is absolutely laughable 😂😂 it's not ready to be used. Still in development I'm assuming. I'm literally within the app and it says "download the app to have access to these deals". What a joke. Do better. I hope the dev reads this. Just quit KFC and go back to school. This is not great work.
