Brilliant app that quickly and easily assesses your time, equipment, and energy availability and builds a perfect set of workout options your can choose. This app is perfect for people who's time is precious and want to get right to a great workout without having to invest too heavily mentally by brain-storming a workout, or financially with a fancy gym studio membership. Don't hesitate, just download the app while you tie your laces!

Update: Thank you for answering. I am Looking forward to the updates! Old review: It's a good app overall and cheap so it does the job. But there is a lot of improvement that could be made. First of, my workout closes everytime I go to another app and it loses my progress, the app should keep running even if I go to another page on my phone to like change my music!! That is super frustrating!! Second, when building my own workout you can't choose what part of your body you'd like to exercise.

App generates a list of 10 workouts given your constraints. Good videos proper form. Balancing the 5 fundamental movement patterns is up to the user. The interface is quite unintuitive for me -> my first workout was an emom and I clicked "done" when I finished first minute movements... I was kicked out of the workout without any way of restarting it, or even finding it in the app. There is also no way to delete account. I found the app underwhelming considering the competition. Responsive dev👍
