I have had it with this company and their faulty washers. Every other time, I do laundry. At least one of the washers has an error.. meaning I've just lost money and time, and I have to restart the load. I'm not sure what the techs they send out do, but this is a huge issue, and nothing is being done about it. It's also an absolute pain to get a refund.

Terribly designed app, after adding my card, there was no way to go back and add funds without force closing the app. Plus being forced to use an app for something as simple as laundry is borderline criminal. If you have to use this app, I hope you can move out soon

The machines often refuse to connect via the Bluetooth for 30+ minutes, using multiple devices. there is no way to connect to the waher/dryers *without* the app. So always plan your laundry with an hour plus time added in.
