After checking through all my notifications no matter what I seem to do I do not typically receive the notification that something has been completed unless I unlock my device and have my Bluetooth connected. Can't complain too much though when you can let customer service know when there's an issue anytime of the day and if something does happen, customer service is pretty decent to speak with about getting the problem resolved.

Why do even offer an app if have the time it takes me 10 minutes of scanning to get the dryer to work, while the other dryer connected and is running. I love 3 floors away and get very irritated, as an asthmatic, at having to make multiple trips down to collect my items. Connect the cards to the accounts if your not going to have a fully working system! I refuse to pay for a card to have money separate from the app. I don't have cash just lying around for this!

This "service" is a scam. Whenever there is a problem with a machine they take weeks to fix it. Whenever you bring up the problem with the establishment or management that these machines have consistent problems they say you have to use the app. The app doesn't follow up with any registered maintenance problem. The app doesn't update to show issues have been fixed. The app doesn't specify how to contact maintenance if the app is down. An absolute scam that someone is getting rich off of this.
