RC Coffee Automat App is the most convenient way to order your favorite Dark Horse Espresso beverages at our automated cafe locations. The app also rewards users with access to exclusive promotions for enjoying the best deals on our premium coffees and other delicious offerings.

Contactless ordering is made possible with the RC Coffee Automat app for utmost ease of purchase at our robotic cafes. Securely enter your credit card information, load your account balance, and you’re good-to-go. You can select your preferred coffee through our intuitive app menu and customize it the way you want. Once your order is entered, simply scan the QR code at a Dark Horse Automat location and your coffee order will be prepared instantaneously. If you’d like to quickly repeat a previous order, it is simple to select through the Order History or Favorites.

The app allows you to find and select your nearest Dark Horse Automat location. Dark Horse Automat is ground-breaking in the market as Canada’s First Robotic Cafe. The Automat is a joint venture, combining the traditional coffee expertise of a local Toronto favourite, Dark Horse Espresso Bar, with the innovative, automated self-service technology provided by RC Coffee. The companies have collaborated to fine tune a fully automated barista that delivers made-to-order drinks of the quality you’ve come to expect at our full service espresso bar locations.

Ratings and reviews

Your app has a bug and would not allow reward redemption. It's asking me to "pay now" and actually have to use my loaded $ when I have a free coffee coupon that I could have used. Without this feature, you are lying to all your customers about loyalty reward. Your customers service is also useless. They kept telling me to click on a non existent button to redeem my reward.

What is good: * App is simple and functional What is bad: * Too many fields to register * Password field is having validation errors: above 16 characters is not allowed (but field doesn't show the error and locks the submit button) * Balance has to be refilled with credit card Google Pay integration is must for this kind of app. Credit card ask stopped my use of app because I can't care less to search for it in my dusty shelves. OAuth login/sign up with Google/Facebook/twitter should be allowd

Convenient however forces you to add credit instead of choosing to pre-order and paying directly at the pickup kiosks. Will change to 5 when this is fixed
