I love the klipsch product and use thethrees and the RW-1 And every time I go on the this app it tells me to update the 2 speakers but it won't go through with the updates and it fails. Please fix I haven't been able to use them for a month now with this app. For the quality of your speakers you need to have the same in the app.
Does the job. Most of the time. I often have to kill the app for it to detect my Klipsch The Three device (wifi mode). For a few weeks now, I have an "important update" notification when connecting to the device but Klipsch's website doesn't seem to have any upgrade for the The Three (firmwarewise). Not sure what to do with this info.
First of all, the previous version worked well - very well in fact. While the Play-Fi application on my laptop suffered dropped connectivity, the phone app was very robust and would work reliably in the background (when I used it). The update however is a disaster... - It just crashes soon after starting interrupting music playback, making it effectively useless... I seriously hope the flaws are fixed with an update soon. (On the plus side, I do use my laptop more for music, so thankfully I do have a working alternative.)
As an installer of Klipsch equipment you are pushing me to tell customers to return your product and buy Sonos instead. The app integration of your equipment is awful, and updates of equipment are never successful. Disappointed with how Klipsch is handling what could be awesome products.
Problem with update that pop up. Need to be fixed. Otherwise not bad
