Doesn't give reliable time estimation. It has too many ads and links to potentially hazardous websites. Recently, it pops up ads that seems asking users to update the KMB app but in fact they link to installation of suspicious apps which may endanger your phone security. KMB does not proactively protect their customers by screening the junk or hazardous ads.

The app takes unacceptably long time to load. You are sure to miss a bus if you need information from the app to make a decision. Most importantly, today's update removed the search option. If you need to search the bus 980x, you need to scroll down from 1 onwards. It takes ages if you finger will not go fatigue. The stupidest app in the world.

Just trying to figure out the bus schedule, you need to remove the damned ads. You've added AI but still serving massive ads that take up 1/5 of the screen. You even need to cut out the bottom portion of your Play Store screenshots smh
