Why use Boston PayTix™?

It’s never been easier to take care of a parking ticket. Just scan the barcode with your phone, enter in your payment information, and you’re done. You don’t have to mail anything in, you don’t have to go to City Hall, you don’t even have to log onto a payment website. When you pay with Boston PayTix™, you are using the same services that process ticket payments in-person and online, so your payment is always handled with the same speed and security safeguards. We do not store your credit card data (anywhere) and we are fully PCI DSS compliant.

How To Use Boston PayTix™ ?:

Simply pick the city that you got your parking ticket in and either scan the ticket number bar code on the ticket or manually enter the ticket number into Boston PayTix™ and press the Submit button. Boston PayTix™ will then guide you through the ticket payment process in 4 easy steps. If your ticket is not in the city's parking system yet, don't worry, PayTix™ will setup helpful reminders and a "Ticket List" for you to check your tickets availability.

Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't even work. I got a ticket that is not being found by either the app or phone service, and the links to pay on their website do not work. So now I have to wait and pay a late fee because it will not reach them by mail on time. I wouldn't be surprised if making all the faster options non functional was deliberate. The appeal process online is also inaccessible due to non functioning links.

There is always a problem. Can't find the violation, crashes when looking for it, crashes when trying to pay, or tells me the violation has already been paid for even though its been 2 weeks and there hasn't been an email confirmation nor anything pop up on my bank account. Just paid it online and got immediate confirmation.

This has to be the worst app when it comes to paying your ticket or basically the app is awful. So now you get stuck paying 2.75 paying right through city of Boston. Don't make an app until you know 100% that it would at least get a 4 star rating. As of now it is a 2 star rating from 2021 i would say that's some serious neglect to the app. Sorry i speak on what i see & my own experience.
