Doesn't work. Haven't been able to log in at all this month just keep getting an error message when I enter email and password. Par for the course considering it's OG&E. If you've never had to deal with them in any capacity beyond phoning in your bill each month then you're lucky, they make sure they don't have to do anything by circling burden back to you via some exorbitant fee or requiring YOU to mail them a written request so the can get another payment in the time it takes them to act on it

trying to pay my monthly bill & it keeps looping to the installment amount. I had to set it up on an installment last month because I couldn't find where I had an option to pay. I've called twice now & the automated lady keeps trying to get me to go to the website or hold for 10 minutes. I'm calling back again because I now owe 2 months billing again. I'M 71 YEARS OLD, ON A NEBULIZER & OXYGEN... please don't cut off my electricity.

It's pretty much useless to use compared to the website on mobile. All payment options fail through the app but succeed on the website. No special features either over the mobile site. Pointless app probably only for data collection.
