Doesn't work. Haven't been able to log in at all this month just keep getting an error message when I enter email and password. Par for the course considering it's OG&E. If you've never had to deal with them in any capacity beyond phoning in your bill each month then you're lucky, they make sure they don't have to do anything by circling burden back to you via some exorbitant fee or requiring YOU to mail them a written request so the can get another payment in the time it takes them to act on it

made 2 separate payments with different payment methods. and they cut-off my service, saying i have a past due balance. i actually paid more, and my current bill is less than the billed amount. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but it will take up to 24hrs for a call back. as my food wastes and my kids sit at home in the heat. very poor service. I wish I had other options.
