Last month, banking with you guys was terrible because of the new update on the app. I couldn't access the updated app. I deleted the app I intially had and redownloaded again which is not supposed to be so (It should update automatically, when you click on update). Even after that I couldn't still access my account. It's painful. I'm giving you guys 3 stars.

You guys used to be so efficient in everything you do but lately you've been disappointing a lot. I wanted to log in to my acct but it kept on telling me to try again later as the problem was from your side, thus lasted for 8hrs before I was finally let back in and even when I was in, I had to close and reopen the app multiple times before the choice to let me send money out was finally available. Please fix this, PLEASE!!!
