This is frustrating. My account has been locked for more than a month now for no reason. I complained to the customer care and I was told my complaint has been forwarded to the technical team still nothing was done. I had called them several times with the promise of rectifying it but still nothing was. I am getting fed up because how can I have money in my account that cannot be used. Now I am broke. This call for poor technical performance to solve customer complaints. Release my money 💰

it's reliable, fast in transactions, user friendly, but can be difficult to access sometimes, especially when I do not log in for a while. it will be demanding authentication of account and all that, thereby redirecting anyhow.

I have been a loyal Kuda user for years, but I am extremely frustrated with the overdraft system. The app only shows the amount you borrowed without displaying the interest, how it accumulates, or the total I actually owe. I constantly have to contact customer care to know my outstanding balance. All details, date of borrowing, interest rate, accumulated interest, and total borrowed, should be displayed. Kuda needs to upgrade its app for full transparency, financial services need transparency.
