About this app

AnchorPath is a free, private place to stay connected to your recovery — whatever stage you're in, and whoever you're doing it with.

An anchor gives you strength. A path gives you direction.

CONNECT WITH PEOPLE WHO GET IT
Join recovery communities and share as much or as little as you want. Post an update, mark a milestone, or just read. Message people directly, one to one or in a group. Every post, comment and person can be reported or blocked.

FIND A MEETING, ANYWHERE
Search real meetings near you — AA, NA, Al-Anon and Recovery Dharma — by day, by fellowship, or by name, with links out to Celebrate Recovery and SMART Recovery. Meeting information is published by independent service entities in open formats. AnchorPath is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any fellowship.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS TO YOU
Keep your sobriety date and day count, earn milestone badges, write in a private journal, and check in with how you're actually doing. Your journal and check-ins are yours — nobody else sees them.

TOOLS FOR THE HARD MOMENTS
A cravings toolkit, the HALT check, urge surfing, a safety plan you build before you need it, and gratitude practice. Plus an SOS screen that puts your support circle and crisis lines one tap away.

A COMPANION THAT LISTENS
An AI companion you can talk to at 3am when you don't want to wake anyone. It is clearly labelled as not a clinician, and it points you to real human help when that's what you need.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT ANY TIME
Settings > Account > Delete account. Your private recovery data is erased immediately. See anchorpath.io/delete-account.

IMPORTANT
AnchorPath is peer support and wellness. It is not medical care, not treatment, and not a crisis service. If you are in danger or in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
Recovery support, sobriety tracking, meetings, SOS and a community that gets it.
