the worst app ever, it has been more than one year trying to sign up my number, it won't send OTP, and if it send it, doesn't accept it😤 I've never had such a horrible experience with any other app. I'm so disappointed with it. if I had a chance to rate it 0 star, I would for sure.

I am very disappointed with the ongoing issue regarding missing Shukran points for my online orders. Despite reaching out via email and phone, the team doesn’t seem to understand the technical problem, and I keep getting the same frustrating automated emails saying the ticket is resolved when nothing has changed. ​Shopping in-store is much better and points are guaranteed, but the online experience is very frustrating because of these automated responses.

The app is terrible and doesn't work at all. It's also incredibly slow, and even the support team responds and takes the complaint but never resolves anything. I don't understand the point of an app that doesn't work and a support team that doesn't solve problems.
