worst application and call centre the app won't sign in using my mobile number I have 1200 aed as a return from homebox and they are denying my access each time I call they say 24 to 48 hours it will resolve due to technical issues it has been a month now and still no resolution.

I have big issue in My Shukran Gift Card Thats Been Given to me. It Has 4000 inside we use it first in Home Box Hamdan, May 9,2026 and May 12,2nd time in Al Reem Mall, in Emax and Centerpoint. After That There is Still remaining Balance Like 3000 Something. Because From Emax I Ask How Much Balance. But When I Buy Something Frkm Centerpoint when I check all of a Sudden The Balance Become Only 500+ how come? Where the Money Go? i Have all Reciept of the. How many times i call them nothing help.

I am very disappointed with the ongoing issue regarding missing Shukran points for my online orders. Despite reaching out via email and phone, the team doesn’t seem to understand the technical problem, and I keep getting the same frustrating automated emails saying the ticket is resolved when nothing has changed. ​Shopping in-store is much better and points are guaranteed, but the online experience is very frustrating because of these automated responses.
