Anat platform is a unified digital platform for medical practitioners who are registered by the Saudi Commission for Medical Specialties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

It aims to support medical practitioners in reaching the highest level of profession by providing services that enhance the efficiency and quality of their work and facilitate procedures for the practice of profession. In addition to building a communication network for the medical practitioners’ community.Anat platform offers the following types of services:
• Public services:
Such as Job marketplace (Muahal), the medical events, the clinical privileges, and other services that serve the practitioner.
• medical services:
Care team, the E-prescription, and other medical services that help the practitioner in his daily work.

Ratings and reviews

I've tried,numerous times, to register over the past three weeks, but unable despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times. I've been able to progress beyond the step of assigning the password with the following message appearing evey time " Something went wrong, please try again". I called the support center twice with one week interval, but unfortunately they were very unhelpful,least to say. I've also communicated the issue with them in writing with no response.

Its is showing my scfhs registration expired in 2023 which I renewed on time but its not syncing with the updated data.

Rubbish app with even worse support. It's been weeks since I requested a vaccination appointment and its still pending. I keep sending messages to support but being completely ignored. I don't even know if the messages I sent have actually been sent and received. There are no indicators in the app to illuminate that.
