The NowServing app helps connect you to your doctors, so you can receive the healthcare that you deserve.

The NowServing app (by SeriousMD) was originally built to help inform you about your queue position, so you can make the most of your time. Roam around the mall, finish chores, have some coffee and go back to the clinic when it’s almost your turn.

With the current situation with the pandemic, we've brought out a ton of new features to better keep both you and your doctors safe.

Today, the NowServing app also gives you a way to:
* Book a schedule with your doctor
* Chat with your doctor's staff to ask for schedules or ask minor questions
* You can be notified if the doctor is already IN and has started clinic
* You will be notified if the doctor cancelled the clinic due to an emergency
* You can now do online video consultations with your doctor
* Save transcripts of your online consult
* Have access to the prescriptions and other files sent to you by your doctor
* Receive your lab results from Hi-Precision
* Order medicines online and get it delivered straight to where you are
* Request home service COVID RT-PCR tests

We've also partnered with companies like Hi-Precision, Medicard, MedExpress and more to offer you more convenience.

Ratings and reviews

Great interface. I was able to book but still had to wait hours. Kindly suggest to management that there should always be a price first before we confirm the lab requests. Also, there should be instructions on our preparation and our saved addresses should appear so we don't have to type when booking. The pharmacy is not responsive.

have to fill out all the info first only to find that doctor after doctor cannot see you, then have to fill out all the payment info all over again, every time also , only 10 mins limit to fill out is not long enough as older people aren't that tech savvy. its a very poorly thought out system. if the payment details could be filled out only once everything would be quicker.

very convenient since i usually dont have time to visit the clinic personally however if i may suggest, is it possible to make it so that you can select multiple media files to send as a batch to your healthcare provider? sending media files one by one is quite a hassle
