The worst online ordering experience I have ever had was with Lenskart. I ordered two pairs of glasses, one of which was defective. I placed a replacement order and they gave a delivery date of November 6th, but that date passed. I tried to reach out to them, but their system only showed 'running late'. It has now been over a week and they still have not delivered the item. This is very bad service by Lenskart.

I visited a Lenskart store in Bengaluru and placed an order for two spectacles along with the Gold membership, totalling over ₹9k. When I checked the order history in the app, I noticed that the salesperson had scanned the wrong QR code for one of the frames. I went back and reported it to the store within two hours after purchase, but there was no option to cancel or update the order. There’s no proper customer support either. First time trying Lenskart, and the experience was disappointing.

Pathetic App Experience! They show discounted prices on their listed products. But when you put items on your cart, they show original prices and automatically apply their gimmick discount coupons to bring back the discounted price that was shown on the listings. Add another pair of spectacles and they will include their Subscription and will also increase the final grand total! Utterly rubbish and pathetic practice to lure a customer. Never expected this from a reputed brand like Lenskart.
