If I could leave zero stars, I would. First, this is the actual app you need to work with their scooters. The other app they have you download *off the play store* doesn't even work and is only in Spanish. Second, you can sign in as guest but most of the app features are locked out. If you try to make an account, some of the page is in Chinese and some in English. They send you a verification code from a very unprofessional looking email address. Then, if there an error, it's only in Chinese

We had bought 2 scooters for Christmas. Rode a couple of times, and now fully charged turn on for about a minute. Right when you take them outside they shut off and won't come back on for some time. Cant even ride them amymore. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Just got our scooter and it won't even connect with it.. Bluetooth is working perfectly fine on our phone, Bluetooth symbol flashes up on scooter screen... App won't connect no matter what we have tried. Please can you fix this
