If I could leave zero stars, I would. First, this is the actual app you need to work with their scooters. The other app they have you download *off the play store* doesn't even work and is only in Spanish. Second, you can sign in as guest but most of the app features are locked out. If you try to make an account, some of the page is in Chinese and some in English. They send you a verification code from a very unprofessional looking email address. Then, if there an error, it's only in Chinese

This app is terrible. It doesn't work at all. It took so long to find and connect to my scooter. Once it finally did find it - it appears in the list, but it's still not letting me connect to it! Half the pop up messages are in another language. And I have no idea what they say. Please fix this horrible app asap so we can actually use it!!!!

The App is very basic and have a lot of functionality that does not work, for example Trip recorder. Also the Odo of the display in my case does not retain the total milage and the temperature is always 25celsius. The hardware is ok, but since the software is crappie, I'd does get the hardware down as well.
