This app is dogs*it. Logged me out during the important drop. Then it wouldn't let me log back in, saying I'm using the wrong password (I'm using biometrics). When I tried to reset my password, it then said I had to use a "valid email". Jumped on my iPad, same thing. Opened a desktop browser. Same thing. Now, when everything is sold out, it logs in like nothing happened. Useless app. Horrible drop. Deleting it right away. I don't need your marketing notifications. U can't provide a decent exp.

Loyal Levi's customer here. I was waiting for the Levi's x Nike collaboration to drop, and it was a horrible experience. I was logged out of the app, received multiple "an error occurred" messages, and because of it, wasn't able to even cart any of the pieces I was interested in purchasing because it was an app exclusive. An absolutely horrific experience overall.

Uninstalled immediately. Can't even use the app to shop unless you turn on push mortifications and location access. That's not very customer friendly. It asks you to turn on these "features" as soon as you open the app and doesn't let you continue unless you allow it to access your devices location.
