Ratings and reviews

It allows control of TVs no problem. The oven and dishwasher controls could be much better (more available features). The fridge provides good information on energy consumption. It integrates decently with google home but occasionally loses connection and causes automations to exit or reset. The irritating part: if you ever forget your password and have to reset it, you will lose all of your ThinQ Rewards points, which don't account for much anyway, but just a heads-up about this bug.

Dear devs. So close, but so far, and then it ends up in the garbage. Please copy the Roku app. Especially all the features with private listening. It doesn't work reliably on the TV from one pair of headphones to the next. It will randomly decide to switch away from phone audio leaving you with no sound. Also sometimes there is a delay depending on the headset. Lazy dev might say oh well, cheap headset. Fire those lazy ones. The Roku app has a simple solution for you. Worse part of LG TV=App

I like the size and capacity of the LG refrigerator. A bonus is the instaview door. I like the dianostics in the app. The app makes it so much quicker and easier to set up the wifi connection. The outer casing of the steel refrigerator is very pretty. All compartments are easily accessible. The second door with the full convert is so functional. I'm looking forward to the holidays and not being frustrated by my refrigerator or the lack of space.
