About this app

With the Rx365 app, you can securely connect to your local pharmacy. The Rx365 app allows users to easily:
- Manage medications, request prescription refills and view status updates.
- Schedule vaccine appointments and wellness consults
- Securely chat with pharmacy staff
- Easily upload insurance cards and information
- Request prescriptions transfers from other pharmacies

This app does not work. I successfully registered, yet it won't let me log in. I'm in a perpetual loop of resetting my password and getting the "Invalid username or password". The email address works because I get the reset password code. And I can't re-register, so I'm at a loss of what to do. And my pharmacy can't help. Absolutely worthless.

KEYBOARD ISSUE. I had the same initial problem as many others -- I couldn't use the app at all because it wouldn't recognize what I was entering for pharmacy information. I normally use the Google keyboard (Gboard) on my Samsung phone. I tried switching back to the Samsung keyboard and everything went smoothly after that. So minus one star for an otherwise great app. Very easy to use.

Love it! It shows all available prescriptions, number of refills, date last filled, cost, prescription status (ready for pick up, in process, etc.). You can request a date and time for pick up. It's user friendly.
