Be care with this carrier I purchased a plan for my grandma because we were told liberty wireless was attached as the carrier once they no longer qualify. Went to their site purchased a plan etc but guess what still no service I put in the correct icc number and all I verified. But the kicker is if u call them and press one for issue with service they will play an automated message saying they're closed even doing business hours. It's impossible to reach them by phone or email. Scam

If I could give this HORRENDOUS company a NEGATIVE 10, I WOULD. I contacted them regarding my account and they NEVER got back with me. Their lack of customer service is atrocious. A phone company I changed to even tried contacting Liberty Wireless directly for me so we could try and keep my number that I've had for OVER TEN YEARS now and they kept hanging up on her. So this P.O.S company has lost a customer and I'm sure they'll lose PLENTY more with how horrible they are at their jobs.

So far this company has messed up my account and my mothers account without even contacting us. They took over from Hello Mobile and would not even answer the phone after trying to call them multiple times for support. My mother's original phone number has been lost due to lack of support from this company. I made a payment and they locked me out of the app and I was out of service from January 10-14 until today and they still have not responded via a phone call. Now looking for another service.
