the app is not opening even though it is showing updated and how many times I uninstall and install it, I restart my mobile but still it is not showing the main app.

the app doesn't seem to do its basic ( and only) function. I have to go via the MMI app, to the web interface and then login to the license to show . needs to be fixed!

After grading the required permission app crashes automatically showing black screen only in my Oppo phone. No effect on uninstalling and reinstalling the app so many times. Before it was working smoothly.
