Subject: Compatibility Issue with Honor 600 Large Display Mode Dear Support Team, I am writing to report a compatibility issue I've encountered with your application. Specifically, the app appears to be incompetent when operating in the large display mode on my Honor 600 device. When I activate the large display setting on my Honor 600, the application experiences significant operational difficulties, rendering it effectively unusable in this particular mode.

the app is not opening even though it is showing updated and how many times I uninstall and install it, I restart my mobile but still it is not showing the main app.

After grading the required permission app crashes automatically showing black screen only in my Oppo phone. No effect on uninstalling and reinstalling the app so many times. Before it was working smoothly.
