Without a doubt, one of the worst apps out there. Signed up, got a username and password, even have the fingerprint login. After 2 weeks, fingerprint login errors out and my password is invalid, even though I wrote it down and have not changed it. Tried to reset password and that fails miserably. I get the email but there's no "box" to create a new password but the "submit" button is there. Absolutely awful. The desktop site is just as bad....

Very frustrating system. Asked to change password constantly and the requirements are ridiculous so I can't ever remember the password. Does not know how to figure out if 2 medical expenses are listed together on one receipt. Overall, I'm always frustrated whenever I have to enter a receipt. Never an easy process.

Worthless app. Biometric login resets everytime I try to sign in. Can't auto-fill saved information. Right now I can't even access the app with the correct login details that I manually enter. I'd say hire some real developers to avoid the inevitable data breach, but I don't know that they'd be able to access our accounts either.
