Yep. I'd been using this app quite long enough. This apps are just not bad it is. But,, what i wanna reviews here appearently; is about 3tri especially to its network connection, especially since its teamwork, merger with ooredoo indosat. Why it connection suddenly cut off and then immediately get back to connected again, just in the minute. WHY? It's so annoying. And in couple month lately 3tri were having some another issues with the network; speed, signal 4G lost, and takes many many hours!!

I've been using 3 for twelve years and love it so much.. except for the past 2-3 months. The 4G connection only been 1-3 bars out of 5 (sometimes even no connection at all), the speed only about 0.3-0.8 KB/s, and its not even stable. To open Bima+ app alone need A LOT of effort and patience. I reported it multiple times to the customer service but they always give the same responds & suggestions (which didn't solve the problem at all btw).

Been years wit you and you let me down. Please fix your speed. Your speed rate no more than 20kb and almost 0.1 kb all the time. I know maybe something with area, but here your signal bar is full then problem is speedd. So no need to use bima because it keep loading. Gotta go fast fix if you need growing. Here my location is south area Konimex industri, Sukoharjo Jawa tengah. I'll update rating if you come here and fix it. You better than this, right?
