based on my experience using bima+, the app’s ui and ux are smooth, lightweight, and easy to navigate. everything loads quickly and feels well-organized, which makes it comfortable to use daily. however, the package prices keep increasing, and the value feels lower than before. it’s disappointing because the app itself works really well, but the rising costs make the service less appealing. i hope the pricing becomes more reasonable moving forward

Changed to third different device with even better hardware, still having intermittent disconnection problems. triva chat did not give any solutions. No support at all from the devs. Response in the Play Store is just "try disconnecting and reconnecting your mobile data" which never solve the problem since it's not the problem to begin with. And if you guys wondered does 3 months solve this problem? No. They did not. Lets see if they tell me to restart my data connection again. Incompetent

I have been using Tri for more than three years, and the network quality is absolutely terrible. I experience connection problems almost every single day. The signal becomes extremely unstable at night and often also in the afternoon or at random times. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I constantly lose my Mobile Legends matches because of your poor network performance. After three years, nothing has improved at all. I am truly fed up with this service.
