Yes, it's true that the approval process is quick & they are generous in giving you loanable amount in exchange of high interest. The worst part is if you're 1-3 days late on payment, you get endless calls until it's settled. The callers are rude, threatening, and even contact people in your phone’s contact list, which is very distressing. After after paying off all the loans, I wanted to delete my account, but it's unclear why updating my ID is necessary before deletion—this seems suspicious.

VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE I HAD SO FAR. At first it was good, the processing of the loan was fast. I followed the requirement to have more credit limit and even paid in advance on time however when I tried to make a loan again, they rejected it and that is very frustrating! How can you reject someone's loan when she pays on time and even added information to upgrade her credit limit?! That sucks!

I had been using it for quit a while and it was fast and realiable. Then right after I fully paid my last loan, it immediately said "review failed" though I did not reapply for loan yet. Its been a week since that happened and I am still unable to reapply. Edit: Been a month but it still says "review failed". There is no exact date (like other apps where it says we need to check again after a week or so) when will I be able to reapply for a new loan. Not realiable anymore—like it used to be. :<
