Ratings and reviews

It is very deceptive and disappointing when you start a program for a set number of points, but before you finish the program, even within the time limit, the amount of points you get decreases by 75%. This is what I experienced today with 3 programs. It's also terrible that they decrease the points midway through a 10 day program. Dishonest app, you should get the number of points that is advertised. *Update* It just happened again, the points given for programs was for a THIRD TIME decreased.

It does not connect with the tracking device or Google Fit app. It keeps asking to reset the Fitbit password. Cannot get it going but lots of activities plus promo for a chance to win 50000 pts! Otherwise, it has lots of great points to improve health issues. It does not show the achievements all the time either. This is even better. The response has nothing to do with what my concerns!!! Also, when a day of the activity is skipped, it deletes the badge and wouldn't allow it to complete again!!!

It kicked me out. I needed to change my phone number before I signed back in. Changing your phone number in any of the other PC apps (Optimum, Express, etc.) doesn't change it in this app. Posting a poor review here was the only apparent way to get in contact with PC Health's support. But at least the phone number's changed now and I can sign in again.
