"UPDATE: Their reply to this review not only confirms the bad functionality of the app, but also shows their unwillingness in fixing it. HORRIBLE APP!" The app is just horrible. The fade biometry registration doesn't work, so it doesn't allow you to register you driver license. Trying renting a car from it is also not manageable, as the app crashes and sends you back to the details section that you have already completed. This Localiza App is a huge waste of time!

The app has a simple interface that makes the car reservation straight and fast. The selection of the extra features and insurance was improved and became more clear. If you know the vehicle category that you want, you can rent the car in like 2 minutes. Oh, and they often offer car upgrades for free.

This app is great for renting cars but have a lot of troubles or bugs that should fix; one of them is that some promotions, notifications and labels display in Portuguese when the app is configured in English or Spanish. This app looks made for Brazil but not in other countries (in my case Colombia).
