never use this app, load after completing will be stay at your account as incompleted, support never help you or fix it

Hi Ashraf, sorry we didn’t help fast enough. You reached us outside support hours and our bot didn’t handle this correctly. If a delivered load still shows incomplete, please tap My Loads → load → Arrived at delivery → Complete delivery → tap Next if you’re away from dropoff. We already improved this support flow.
