!!!! NOT DOWNLOAD !!!! UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Used for SCAMS. RED FLAG: IF THE AGENT ASKS FOR FULL CONTROL OF YOUR PHONE. I almost believed I talked with a Lufthansa agent, after I couldn't check-in to my flight. Not sure if the developers are the scammers, or if the scammers use this independently. In any case, don't download and be aware!

This was a complete scam where they pretended to be Ryanair airlines and stole 450 euros from my bank
