JUST AWFUL! DEFINITELY A WASTE AND I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL! I'm helping my uncle set up his new cameras and.... when creating an account, after entering your email, password and choosing your region , NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS. You're just stuck at that screen and can't go any farther. I literally just wasted 2 hours trying to set it up just to get absolutely NOWHERE! I'm beyond frustrated, disappointed and ready to throw it away!

was working great until the recent update to the cameras now it barely detected anything going on outside of my house, fix it 😒 I have the cameras set to the maximum detection settings and they worked great and recorded everything i wanted, but the recent update the firmware and the connect app now they don't record at all unless i wake up the cameras then they will record or record sometimes. model AZT-OC-101A 2K WIFI OUTDOOR CAMERAS.

my wife and I both liked our lorex classic system, when we decided to switch to a wired camera system we went with the new lorex connect NVR system because of that. WHELP! That was a massive mistake. The app is garbage, can't adjust person/vehicle detection is erratic and inaccurate. Settings just overwrite themselves. I can't share playback permissions with my wife, they just turn themselves back off. I wasted $700 on this garbage that should have never made it to consumers.
