JUST AWFUL! DEFINITELY A WASTE AND I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL! I'm helping my uncle set up his new cameras and.... when creating an account, after entering your email, password and choosing your region , NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS. You're just stuck at that screen and can't go any farther. I literally just wasted 2 hours trying to set it up just to get absolutely NOWHERE! I'm beyond frustrated, disappointed and ready to throw it away!

The Lorex cameras are amazing, but this app ruins any quality the cameras offer. The app freezes almost every time the playback feature is accessed. No notifications for detection and only 30 minute playback increments....that is IF you get to access the playback. The cameras are too expensive for such a cheap app. Considering returning my cameras because of how bad this app is.

First, cameras themselves are excellent clarity and usability. Auto tracking doesnt always work is only complaint I would have. The APP Lorex Connect is unreliable though. extremely problematic we are finding. An email to support was answered once, asking for a screen record of issues. Sent. Never got any reply and still having issues. Fix the app, or cameras are really useless! 1 Star rating because of communication, customer support and issues not being resolved - not just ours. FIX APP!!!
