First time using their service, gave me the wrong cheaper item straight away without asking or notifying me. There's no customer service on the app, don't use their service unless you want to get robbed blind like me

Racist Discrimination from an app that is now required to gain in store offers but that does not accept Thai Foreigner ID number (pink card) or passport number to register for clubcard. Therefore, you have a situation where Thais can get in store pricing for offers but foreigners can't! New app? Nope. Look at the reviews. Lotus has known about this issue for months at least and have done NOTHING to fix it. It's loud and clear.

Very inconvenient app. 1. You have to learn how to use the app in 10 steps. 2. Every time you have to search for a product, there is no option Favorite. 3. You can't start loading your basket for future delivery, because first you should choose date and time. 4. App invite you to become a member, but only when you almost filled the form, you realise it's only for Thai citizens. 5. Coupon system is very complicated. 6. You can't rate the delivery.
