'Free Delivery' but only if you spend over 100 baht now. Ordering is fine, but only 50% of my orders actually arrive. The store usually calls to say they haven't got stock and cancels the order. it's pathetic! 😡 There is no way of cancelling an order after it's been placed by mistake. If you try and cancel at the door, the rider refuses and demands payment.

First time using their service, gave me the wrong cheaper item straight away without asking or notifying me. There's no customer service on the app, don't use their service unless you want to get robbed blind like me

delivery addres or place is very poor organized in the app and very difficult to update the correct address which lead to misunderstanding in this area.
