they bag frozen foods together with non-frozen foods, and they don't even close the bag. (should be bagged separately, and during transport it needs to be inside of a thermal bag). the only frozen veg they have are very small pieces, so they all thaw on the way. the app is super buggy, it took me five attempts to enter the delivery address. I'm assuming many people just give up.

lotuss is ok but the app.is terrible. it actually was a perfect app before but now it not knoe me everytime I login so I have to do the whole procedure again and again. when I am in app it not gives me my history, it is nowhere to find. It makes me going to another if this not improves.

I can order and receive goods, but the app won't let me login. I can't now check the order status or previous orders. Never had this issue before, and I've been using the app for several years!
