Cameras were bought brand new from ebay, and they just shut off and are not accessible.. We got two of them and it seems to me the batteries are junk-- it could be sowmthin else but I know that they say fully charged and they always say 100% and charging, they never go down-- the percentage stays the same but it's as if the cameras are just turning off, because I'll have to turn them back on and they'll load. They're supposed to be wireless but that just does not seem to work for us.

The app is ok, it needs work on the installing new cameras and the crash and cameras load time. My inter speed is 478mps internet here and it takes almost 1 to 2 min to connect. Which wouldn't be an issue, but if there's someone stealing your stuff ND you don't find out until 2 min after the fact, then they are gone. yes its good to have pix and video of them. But its a LOT better to have them by the thr**t and wait for the laws. Oh an my phone is a Samsung Z fold6 so its not a slow phone.

cams are nice and have really clear picture quality. would be nice if you contacted view all cams at onetime Instead of switching back and forth.
