The worst shopping app ever. You can't add items to your cart while viewing the product list, you have to go to the product card for each item. If you go back during the checkout process, the cart will lose all the items. The search is just wonderful!!! Looking for a backpack? Look at laundry baskets we have. Want a vest? Here is the bras we found as a result of the research.

Very difficult to work with. If you search for "maxi dress" the app tells you "no results found" ... If you try to go through women-dresses and apply a filter for length "Maxi" you still see midi dresses. It's beyond frustrating! I'm not trying to go through 300 items I don't want to see the 10 I'm interested in. It's unfortunate because the store offers great products and great deals.

The app is a complete failure lately. I am a loyal customer gathering points in Sinsay Club, but it's the second time that the points aren't being recorded in my account. I have screenshots to prove it. Don't tell me to uninstall and reinstall, I've already done that and the issue persists on two different accounts, on both IoS and Android. So it's not me, it's you not doing a great job at keeping your customers engaged. Because of this, I'm considering not buying from Sinsay anymore.
