DCMS (Dental Chair Management System) is the maintenance and complaint desk for
dental colleges, hospitals and multi-chair clinics. It turns "the chair in bay 3
isn't working" into a tracked, assigned, resolved ticket — with a full history
of every chair, instrument and spare part.
