This app is a godsend. I used to be very capable of moving everything myself, as a strong 6.5' man, but my youth is behind me, and I am now physically disabled. It's hard to find people to do the heavy lifting when you can't if you're not paying for a full moving crew. I didn't need to move. I just needed a couch disposed of. The service was great. I got help within an hour. The guys hauling my stuff were very friendly and efficient, and the price was extremely reasonable; almost too cheap.

Good app but has a bug. The movers themselves were great, no issues. The only reason for 4 stars is because my Lugg order disappeared before the move was completed. So I couldn't track the arrival or contact the Luggers because Google Maps has the wrong location for my home. Luckily they called me and I was able to help them. If it had worked all the way I would give 5 stars. I'm willing to try the app again in the future.

Last year, they tried downgrading me to two vans when I ordered an XL, as I knew one of my items wouldn't fit in the van. This caused my hours of delay. When the XL finally arrived, the movers were quick. However, for payment, Chase Bank thought it was fraud and was blocking my transaction but I got it sent. Tried again this year and all my cards are getting blocked by Lugg so I can no longer use their service.
