Fantastic! For a free app, the amount of benefit i have gotten from this is outstanding! Love the lesson system teaches stroke order, then checks memory of stroke order, and then checks memory of Kanji without template. Lots of review, and is not mandatory if you'd rather charge ahead you can! Personaly, couldn't ask for better in a Kanji app. Edit:Still a good app, but they changed it to a pay model. :( Although, at $5.99 1 time pay, I might end up paying, but for now I look for something else

Great app, it has a really nice and simple layout, organizes the kanji into a great lesson plan. However there are other apps that give much more information on the kanji. This one will give you a list of the readings, words and lessons each kanji is used in but nothing more than that and you have to be out of the lesson to see it. Also I don't know how much is free anymore cuz my friend has to pay at lesson 5 wile I haven't had to pay and I'm on lesson 10. Creater, Please clarify what is free.

There are some problems that are irritating, such as very similar definitions as options during the multiple choice section. "hayaku" and "hayai" show "early, soon" and "early" as options. Edited to add that it not recognizing kanji is VERY irritating. I've now stopped using it for that reason. Also if you get to~300+ kanji and don't study a few days, your review will be long, and will never even get to the multiple choices, since you'll be stuck on the writing not recognizing 5 or so kanji.
