Ratings and reviews

After a week or so the app wasn't working. I reinstalled it 2 times but at it doesn't cross the OTP screen. It just remains there hang. Called customer service was informed that there's issue not given time frame as to when will it be resolved. Said to try out their website. Also in one of my delivery an item was Miss which according to them it wasn't. It was irritating to be called upon different individuals each day and want to repeat same story. Frustrated 🥴

It's been 2 days since most of the products in app r out of stock. Not even a single vegetable is available. Even the product which is seen available, when added in cart. It gets disappeared from cart. Very poor service. I tried raising complaint in the what's app, but everytime, it's shown, none of the agents are available. Such a gesture from one of the flagship brand like Lulu is totally unacceptable, as we have seen benchmark standards from them on everything they do.

The app lacks a basic feature, 'cancel an order'. There is no option to track or cancel an order. This is a very basic feature. The app is standing where it is two years back, they are not improving the app. The delivery is free within the city which is positive. My feedback is only for this app and not for the quality of Lulu. Lulu always have a special space in our life.
