I don't believe this company has any IT or software support. App always has an errors. I believe they don't need this business. I think owner doesn't know anything about that. I have tried numerous times times to transfer through the app but always comes with error due to unable to calculate the fees error. I communicated with tech support many times for more than six month . Every time their reply it will be solved. I was trying to transfer money to USA. I submitted the request and no reply.

A great money transfer platform. But from last 3 days I'm not able to send money to my beneficiary account using the debit card option. it takes to the details page and when I add my passcode, on the debit card details page it says "something went wrong!" I have updated the application and have tested on both wifi and mobile connection. issue is still there

Very unreliable for transactions which are urgent. Often the money is deducted from the account and will need to be followed up with customer care people for credit at destination. It's hit or miss. On top of it, their customer care people are often rude if at all they answer the phone. Going to the branch or using other mode or party for transfer will be better for urgent transactions.
