The ride was fine but the back seats were not taken care of. Empty water bottles and baby seats in the back seats. He should of cleaned up before we got there.

When booking on Luxy, you're not actually reserving a ride or a price. They auto canceled my ride because demand was high. Then, when I called, they offered a new ride at a much higher price. This is a horrible service not worth your time. Don't use it if you have a critical ride to the airport as they just jack up the price last minute even if you pay well in advance.
