My friend had to send a payment to me but he mistakenly sent it to the wrong number, the number in question wasn't yet subscribed to the application. Unfortunately Lydia doesn't enable you to cancel a payment (even if the receiver doesn't have an account!!). So the mistaken receiver could receive a kind invitation to subscribe and take my money!! I am very disappointed by that lack of security

Hi, When you send money to a phone number, it's important de check if it's the right number. If you send it to a number not linked to a Lydia account, if the receiver doesn't do anything, the transaction is automatically cancelled after 8 days. I've had a great experience with this online bank. The app is easy to use, transfers are fast, and managing my account is simple and convenient. the worst customer service I ever experienced. my account was blocked although I gave them all the justification they have asked for. I am still waiting for them to send me the balance of my account that for some reason no one answered my mail. STAY AWAY from this application NO ONE ANSWER you when you have a problem and I have the black Card that promises a 24 hours customer service BE CAREFUL !!! you putting your Money in risk.

What’s new

The app home screen has been improved: each account now always displays the Sumeria card it's linked to, and the action button for sending money is now always visible in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Tapping it prompts a choice between "Lydia payment" and "Wire transfer" with a new animation.
