My friend had to send a payment to me but he mistakenly sent it to the wrong number, the number in question wasn't yet subscribed to the application. Unfortunately Lydia doesn't enable you to cancel a payment (even if the receiver doesn't have an account!!). So the mistaken receiver could receive a kind invitation to subscribe and take my money!! I am very disappointed by that lack of security

everything has been buggy since the rebranding and now the app crashes at start and redirects to the website, where I can't log in and keep getting an error message. thanks for nothing sumeria.

Summeria is a criminal bank, they blocked my account, they ask me to them another of my account to remit my money to me, uptill now, I haven't received since 2024, today they deducted 99€ from my money in the account saying fee for unauthorised use of service how ? Criminal bank they work today with Lydia. They also said my account have been permanently closed, that is can't access my money, it shall never be well you people and your customer service, thiefs. Please allow me access my money

What’s new

The app home screen has been improved: each account now always displays the Sumeria card it's linked to, and the action button for sending money is now always visible in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Tapping it prompts a choice between "Lydia payment" and "Wire transfer" with a new animation.
