My friend had to send a payment to me but he mistakenly sent it to the wrong number, the number in question wasn't yet subscribed to the application. Unfortunately Lydia doesn't enable you to cancel a payment (even if the receiver doesn't have an account!!). So the mistaken receiver could receive a kind invitation to subscribe and take my money!! I am very disappointed by that lack of security

My experience with Sumeria Bank has been very good. The app is simple. Account setup is fast. Transactions complete on time. The app gives clear information at every step. Customer support replied properly when needed. I have not faced any issues. I find this service useful.

having used Monzo and Revolut, it's hard to give this app a good grade. The app is not optimised for my phone it seems so there are buttons I cannot reach. the menu is confusing, there's just too much going on and it makes hard to do simple things such as checking your spend, add money or transfer. I was expecting a lot better from a company like Lydia...

What’s new

The app home screen has been improved: each account now always displays the Sumeria card it's linked to, and the action button for sending money is now always visible in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Tapping it prompts a choice between "Lydia payment" and "Wire transfer" with a new animation.
