M1 Maxx App is so efficient, effective and productive to use. In fact, my personal opinion is M1 Maxx App is far more better and impressive than its competitors. I urge others to try it too taking cost into consideration too. Absolutely amazing.

Lousy customers service. The data cannot use after successfully port in the existing number. And M1 Max can only enquire throught chat. It took me more than 2h to receive simple advice to call 1693, as they can't solve maxx problem on the app platform. During the 2 h, I was being force out of the chat few times. Every time I enter to the chat again, I have to queue from starting. Terrible service!

Apps features is not sufficient to use with the line. Customer support is lacking - be prepared to wait a long time if you are not the next in queue. data speed is strange - update app, download till 90 plus % and just drop the speed and almost stuck there. switched to other mvno (or wifi) and update was ok. sign up M1 Maxx online is easy and get the card the next working day. used it for 1 day, and decided to cancel it because of the issues mentioned.
