keeps deleting things from my list, and deleting whole lists I created. If I can't reliably keep track of my items, then what's the point? and it only ever occurred once I had compiled over 100 items already (the cap is 300, which is a bit small for a shopping app) sales end about 1.5-2 hours earlier than the timer displays. most of this occurred before the most recent update, so I'll give them one more shot, but then I'm done until they fix this. issue.

I used to use this app everyday to access different sales and my Macy's card. Then I had trouble accessing a credit card doc. A Macy's rep suggested uninstalling & reinstalling the app. Now the app locks up as soon as it opens on the "allow location" screen. Contacted support immediately--no reply!!! Replied to my 2nd contact. Several emails but the rep did NOT understand. 1st told me to make a selection on the LOCKED UP screen. Then told me to log out....I can't login! FRUSTRATING!!!!!

Awful app. Every time I try to do anything with my Macy's credit card within the app, it prompts me to log back in over and over and just takes me back to the main screen when I back out. **7/2025** The app is still hot garbage. period. I can't load my auto payments to make adjustments, I can't load ANYTHING related to the credit card.
